Rigorous PTW system covering hot work, confined space entry, elevated work, high-pressure operations, and concurrent operations (SIMOPS) — no shortcuts, no exceptions.
Risk reduction is driven to As Low As Reasonably Practicable. All residual risks are formally documented, managed, and reviewed. Risk registers updated for every project.
100% of field personnel hold current IWCF/IADC well control certification. Regular competency assessments, toolbox talks, and emergency drill programmes are mandatory.
All incidents, near-misses, and high-potential events trigger a formal root-cause analysis (RCA) within 24 hours. Learning is shared company-wide and embedded in training.

Environmental Stewardship

Fleet of marine vessels and land vehicles maintained to minimise emissions. Monitoring and reporting of greenhouse gas emissions aligned to Nigeria's NDC targets.
All sites equipped with SPCC (Spill Prevention, Control and Countermeasure) plans. Spill response kits deployed at all field locations; annual spill drills conducted.
